Hours: For your convenience our office hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 9:00am to 6:30pm Tuesday and 9:am to 12 noon on Saturday. Tuesday and Saturday by appointment only. Call for more information and to schedule an appointment.

We accept most vision insurance's. We are required to obtain prior authorization for vision insurance. When scheduling an appointment please know the name of your "Vision Insurance Carrier" prior to calling for an appointment with our office. If you are unsure of your coverage contact your personnel, human resources office or payroll clerk at your place of employment. We will need your home, work and cell phone numbers when scheduling an appointment. Please present your insurance cards upon arrival at our office.

Dr. Manahan is a participating Medicare provider. Please bring your cards(medicare and supplemental insurance)with you to our office and show them to the receptionist. She will make copies and ask you to sign the Medicare signature form and a waiver if necessary.
If you have chosen coverage under one of the "Senior Plans" we need to know before you arrive for your appointment so that proper authorization can be obtained.
*Accurate documentation is critical and you will need to update your record with our insurance office from time to time due to the mandates dictated to us by your insurance carrier.*

Services:

Intermediate and comprehensive examinations include glaucoma testing and cataract screening. Contact lens fittings of all types, call for a free contact lens trial and consultation. Frame styling to compliment your lifestyle. Sunglasses, sport goggles, safety glasses. Outside prescriptions welcome.

Laser Correction:
We are affiliated with both Triad Laser Center and The Laser Center of Tulsa(TLC). Members of our staff have had the procedure and are happy to answer any questions you might have. Call for a free laser vision consultation.

Dr. Manahan does co-management for pre and post-op Cataract care and follow-up.
This allows many patients to stay local and only make one trip to Tulsa for their procedure.

Dr. Mark A. Manahan is a graduate of Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. He attended Oklahoma State University. He is a member of The American Optometric Association and a member of Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians.
