Primary Eye Care Associates is a promotional cooperative of independent private practice doctors of optometry who are dedicated to providing the highest quality, most professional eye care available.

We carry a wide assortment of quality frames and contact lens to meet all your vision needs. We offer LASIK laser vision correction through two laser centers in the Tulsa area. About the Doctor: Dr. Andrea B. Dudley graduated from Northeastern State University College of Optometry Summa cum Laude. After graduation, she purchased this existing practice from Dr. Herman Lipe in September of 1997. Dr. Dudley is married to Jeff Dudley, an assistant principal at Bixby High School and they have one son. Dr. Dudley is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. Our Office: We wish to welcome you to our practice. Our office is dedicated to providing exceptional service to each of our patients. Our staff takes pride in providing you with the best there are to offer in all products and services. We look forward to the opportunity to provide your family's vision and optometric needs. Services: Dr. Dudley offers comprehensive and intermediate eye examinations that include glaucoma testing and disease evaluation with the latest technology available. Dr. Dudley also offers treatment for ocular disease ranging from conjunctivitis to glaucoma management. If you have had an eye injury, call Dr. Dudley for treatment and care. Contact lens fittings of all types are available including keratoconic and bifocal RGP and soft lenses. Specific measurements of your eyes will be taken to ensure that your contacts are fit properly and the contacts are healthy for your eyes. Your contact lens fitting includes trial lenses and follow-up examinations. Frame styling to compliment your lifestyle and needs including sun wear and sport and safety wear. Outside prescriptions are welcome and are filled with accuracy. Our office offers very competitive pricing on all products including thinner, lighter lenses and anti-reflective and durable scratch coatings. Laser Vision Correction: Dr. Dudley is affiliated with The Laser Center (TLC) and Triad Eye Laser Center. We co-manage your procedure performing your pre and post- operative care. Dr. Dudley had the procedure performed in September of 1999 and would be more than happy to share her experience with you. Dr. Dudley works with several ophthalmologists in the Tulsa area. Did you know that you are eligible under Medicare for your first pair of glasses after your cataract procedure if medically necessary? Insurance: We accept and are providers for several different vision insurance plans. Our office is required in some cases to have prior authorization before providing your services. When scheduling your appointment with our office, please know the name of your vision insurance. Sometimes the name of your vision insurance carrier is separate from your medical insurance. If you are unsure of the carriers name or type of vision coverage, your human resources office or payroll clerk can assist you with this information. Dr. Dudley is a participating Medicare provider. If you are retired and have Medicare, please be sure to bring your Medicare and supplemental insurance cards with you to our office. Please show them to our staff to make copies and then sign the Medicare Signature Form and a waiver if necessary. If you have chosen to be covered by one of the "Senior Plans" we will need to know before you arrive so that prior authorization can be obtained. Accurate documentation is critical and you will need to update your record with our insurance staff from time to time due to mandates dictated to us by your insurance carriers.
